How do I request a charter?
Visit our Contact page and send us your preferred charter, dates, group size, interests, and questions. We'll follow up to discuss pricing, availability, and the itinerary before anything is confirmed.
Is my inquiry automatically confirmed?
No. An inquiry starts the conversation — availability, routes, and departure timing remain subject to vessel readiness, weather, sea conditions, marina and customs requirements, and final captain approval. Your charter is confirmed only after the details and applicable terms are settled with you.
Where do charters depart from?
Charters currently depart from Fort Pierce City Marina at 1 Marina Way, Fort Pierce, FL 34950. Final arrival details are confirmed with your charter.
Weather and itineraries
What happens if the weather is unsafe?
The captain makes the final safety decision based on weather, sea conditions, and vessel readiness. Cancellation, rescheduling, credits, refunds, and alternate-itinerary options will be explained in the final charter agreement.

Are destinations guaranteed?
No destination or arrival time is guaranteed. Every itinerary is a plan that flexes with the weather, the water, and vessel logistics.
Accommodations
How many guests can stay aboard?
Up to six guests, in up to three private suites. Freebird is reserved for one private group per charter — never shared with strangers.
Activities
Can guests choose activities?
Yes. Snorkeling, swimming, beach and sandbar time, scenic cruising, island exploration, and waterfront visits are all possible. Guests interested in fishing can mention it when planning their charter; availability depends on the trip, conditions, and captain approval. We build the itinerary around what your group wants — within what conditions allow.
